About Us
Dr Narjit Singh

Dr Narjit’s father, late Dr Harbans Singh was his mentor, guide and inspiration. His father sold his 25 acres of tea estate in Cameron Highlands to fund himself and his 3 children to become doctors. Dr Harbans became a doctor at the age of 45 in 1969. His wife, Mdm Surjit was the backbone for him to complete his dream, ambition and passion in medicine. He started his housemanship in University Hospital in 1969 as the oldest house officer in Malaysia.
Unfortunately, 4 years later, while practicing as a medical officer in Kuching, Sarawak he was diagnosed with acute on chronic myeloid leukemia and was transferred back to University Hospital in 1973 for treatment. At that time, his sons Dr Amar and Dr Narjit were studying medicine and his daughter, Dr Bhupinder was about to enter medical school. The 3 children came back from India and spent the last 3 months with him in Ward 13A, University Hospital till he passed on 18th June 1973 in the same hospital he started as a houseman.
This loss was unbearable for the family and Dr Narjit was questioning himself on what else could have been done to save his father from the illness and eventual death. That curiosity made him look for an answer as a medical student and later led him to understand that Lifestyle, Environmental and Cellular Health are the basic fundamentals of health and illness. Failing these basic key important elements, we will not be able to understand and practice Preventive Medicine.

Message from Founder
1. Limitations of Conventional Medicine
Dr Narjit has practised medicine for 50 years and observes that most conventional doctors do not look beyond their medical school teachings. Preventive care is often neglected, with little focus on cellular health, environment, and lifestyle—key drivers of chronic diseases.
2. The Urgency for Change
Addressing cellular health, environment, and lifestyle can dramatically impact health outcomes. In today’s increasingly toxic world, without change, chronic diseases will rise, and younger generations may face shorter lifespans.
3. A Stark Warning for Families
If the current trajectory continues, parents may witness the unthinkable—burying their own children due to preventable illnesses.
