Clinical nutrition focuses on the relationship between the foods we consume and the overall health and wellness of the body. Supplements include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other botanical ingredients.
1. Vitamins and Mineral- Essential nutrients like Vitamin C, vitamin D, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Co Enzyme Q 10 and B-complex vitamins play crucial roles in metabolic processes, bone health, and energy production.
2. Omega-3 Fatty Acids- These supplements derived from Flaxseed Oil, Sacha Inchi or Fish Oil used to support cardiovascular health and reduce inflammation.
3. Probiotics- Used to support gut health, probiotics are strains of beneficial bacteria that promote a healthy balance in the gut microbiome.
4. Herbal Supplements- Ingredients like turmeric, ginger, or ginseng are used for their potential anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
